Our Black Garlic is fermented for up to 9 days. The natural sugars caramelized are giving the garlic a jellybean texture and an all through black colour. Its taste combines balsamic, caramel, molasses, burnt flavours and more. Black Garlic is not pungent, does not give garlic breath, and is easy to digest. It is also rich in antioxidants and has more health benefits than regular garlic. Ingredients: Cowichan Valley-grown garlic.
