MICROGREENS are superfoods! That’s because they are 4 to 40 times more nutrient-dense than their
grown counterparts. They are not to be confused with sprouts, because the seeds have been removed,
nor are they baby greens with grown leaves. Microgreens are fully grown when they have a pair of
cotyledon, the beginning of true leaves, and can be 2 to 8 cm tall.
