MICROGREENS are superfoods! That’s because they are 4 to 40 times more nutrient-dense than their

grown counterparts. They are not to be confused with sprouts, because the seeds have been removed,

nor are they baby greens with grown leaves. Microgreens are fully grown when they have a pair of

cotyledon, the beginning of true leaves, and can be 2 to 8 cm tall.

This beautiful meal is called “Mrs. Keats Tuna & Microgreens.” When we first saw this picture, all I could say was, “WOW, that looks delicious”.

I love how our friends and customers are using our microgreens, as a garnish or on its own. After all, it’s all about eating superfoods!
